A deep dive into Old and New Testament surveys, hermeneutics, and systematic theology to ensure sound doctrine.
Focusing on spiritual disciplines, integrity, humility, and the fruit of the Spirit as the bedrock of Christian leadership.
Practical training in preaching, teaching, counseling, conflict resolution, and church administration.
Learning to lead like Jesus—through service, sacrifice, and empowering others to fulfill their God-given potential.
Candidates submit applications and undergo a spiritual assessment to identify their gifts and calling.
Intensive modules covering theology, leadership principles, and ministry skills via online or in-person sessions.
Hands-on service in a local church under the mentorship of a senior pastor or ministry leader.
Graduation ceremony where students receive their certificate and are prayed over for their future ministry.
