Legal Authority to Solemnize Marriages

"Empowering Independent Pastors, Leaders, and Organizations with the Internal Clergy License required to legally officiate weddings."

The Legal Mandate

Bridging Faith & Government Law

The Marriage License Program is specifically designed for Independent Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and Organizations who wish to officiate legally recognized weddings but lack the governmental authorization to do so.

We provide our Internal Clergy License to equip you to solemnize marriages strictly in accordance with the Rights and Usages Act and the Indian Christian Marriage Act.

We facilitate a fully legal procedure for both the minister seeking the license and the couple wishing to get married under Christian law. Please note that nominal administrative and processing fees apply to maintain this legal framework and issue the appropriate records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need this if I am an independent pastor?
Yes. The Indian Christian Marriage Act requires the officiant to hold authority from a recognized Episcopal or denominational body. Independent pastors cannot legally solemnize without this covering.
Can the couple use this certificate for Visas?
Once you solemnize the marriage and record it in the provided register, the couple can use that extract to register with the local government registrar, which is fully valid for visas and legal purposes.
