Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Episcopal Church Diocese of India Council is a non-profit, faith-based organization. We are not a product-based or service-selling company. All contributions made to the organization are considered voluntary donations in support of our charitable, religious, and community programs.
As such:
Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
We do not sell, ship, or deliver any products or commercial services, and therefore, product-related cancellations or returns do not apply.
Any contribution made, whether online, offline, or in person, is used entirely for the purposes of our mission and ministry.
We encourage donors to carefully review their contributions before confirming the donation. If you have made a transaction in error, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
